    Euphorbia polygonifolia, or Seaside Sandmat, is native to the Eastern coast states, from Maine to Florida, as well as the Great Lakes states, where it grows only along the coastline. It is a sprawling annual that grows on sandy dunes and beaches. It blooms from mid summer into early fall, with small green-yellow flowers.

    This plant looks similar to some other members of the genus. More information will be posted at a later time about differentiating other species.
