Datura wrightii, or Angel's Trumpet, is native to southwestern US, but is also adventive in much of the rest of the US, as it is often grown as an ornamental. It is a perennial, but is tender and is grown as an annual in colder areas. It grows in dry, rocky places. It blooms in mid summer into fall with huge white flowers. All parts of this plant are deadly toxic.
