Dasistoma macrophylla, or Mullein Foxglove, is native most of the eastern half of the US. It is an annual, or biennial, that grows in open woods, glades, on bluffs and ravines and along woodland edges and trails. It blooms from mid summer into fall with cream to yellow flowers that look like Foxglove flowers.

This plant looks similar to some other members of the genus. More information will be posted at a later time about differentiating other species.
