Agalinis auriculata, or Ear Leaf False Foxglove, is native to the Central United States, and east into the Ohio River Valley and souther Appalachian area, but is considered rare throughout. It is an annual that grows in swamps, wet meadows and fields, streambanks, pond margins. It blooms from late summer into fall with pale pink flowers.
This plant looks similar to some other members of the genus. More information will be posted at a later time about differentiating other species.
