Veronica scutellata, or Marsh Speedwell, is native to the northeastern quarter of the United States, as well as much of the western US. It is a perennial, that grows in moist open woods, bogs, fens, and on streambanks and shorelines. It blooms in late spring through mid summer with blue-purple flowers.
