Sisyrinchium albidum, or White Blue Eyed-Grass, is native to most of the eastern half of the United States. It is a perennial that grows in moist to dryish meadows, prairies, fields, as well as along railroads, roadsides and woodland edges. It blooms in late spring with white or blue-purple flowers.
