Sedum glaucophyllum, or Cliff Stonecrop, is native to the middle Appalachian area, growin only in 4 states - West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina, being rare in the latter two. It is a perennial that grows in dry to moist shady cliffs, bluffs, and outcrops.
