Platanthera clavellata, or Club Spur Orchid, is an orchid native to the eastern half of the US. It is a perennial that grows in moist ditches, swales and other wet areas, especially along roadsides where the conditions are favorable, and it frequently can be found in bogs and fens. It blooms in early to mid summer with cream to green flowers.
