Monardella odoratissima, or Coyote Mint, is native to about the western 1/3 of the US. It is a perennial that has grows in dryish mountain forests, as well as steppe, chapparral and other similar types of terrain. It blooms throughout summer with spikes of small pinkish purple flowers.
