Lonicera canadensis, or Fly Honeysuckle, is native to the northeastern quarter of the US and it also ranges down into the Appalachian Mountains, where it is rare. It is a perennial shrub, that grows in shaded wooded and along streams; it has white-cream flowers in spring.
