Antennaria neglecta, or Field Pussytoes, is native to the northerneastern quarter of the United States, as well as the northern central states, but is absent from the south-central, southwest, southeastern and Pacific northwestern US. It is a perennial that grows in fields and prairies, along roadsides and railroads and in open woods and along woodland edges. It has white flowers in mid spring to early summer.
